Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I get the raw video footage from you?
Raw Video footage from your wedding day is delivered on a usb drive that you get to keep and can be delivered either in person or via mail.
Do you only shoot weddings in Southern California or are you willing to travel?
I am very willing to travel however please be aware that travel costs are not accounted for in the costs of the video packages. Travel costs will need to be covered and added onto the video package cost.
When can I expect my video to be completed?
Wedding Highlight videos are typically completed between 6 weeks and 3 months.
Wedding Montage videos are typically completed anywhere between 4 and 6 months.
Same Day vs Highlight Video
How is the Highlight Video different from the Same Day Edit video?
The Same Day Edit video is an add-on to other packages and will not include full coverage of the day in the completed video. It is a video pieced together using shots from earlier in the day so that it can be displayed later in the day at the reception or a similar type of event. As a result it cannot include footage from the reception.
Additionally, the same day edit is a high quality video but due to the shortness of time in which it is pieced together it is not as polished as a highlight or montage video.
Love Story Video
Do you make couple interview videos, (often called Love Story videos)?
Yes, I do! I have made these types of videos in the past but it's been some time since I've had it requested, hence the reason why I don't currently have Love Story videos to showcase. I am very willing to make these videos however if this is something you would like added-on to your wedding video package.
What kind of equipment do you use?
I shoot primarily with Sony and Canon cameras which shoot, at minimum, in High Definition. In addition to cameras I also bring high quality lenses and camera stabilization gear to each wedding. I also bring my own sound equipment and the occasional light.
